TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS, on May 12, 2017, YOLLO, LLC executed a deed of trust to J. Patrick Caldwell, as Trustee for the benefit of BancorpSouth Bank, which deed of trust is recorded in Book 2017, beginning at page 10499, in the records in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Hancock County, Mississippi; and WHEREAS, default having been made under the terms and conditions of said deed of trust, and the holder of said deed of trust and the indebtedness secured thereby, the aforesaid BancorpSouth Bank, having requested the undersigned Trustee to execute the trust and to sell the land and property described in said deed of trust in accordance with the terms thereof for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney’s fees, Trustee’s fees and expenses of sale; NOW, THEREFORE, I, J.
