IF TO BE FOUND IN THIS COUNTY, to be and appear before the Honorable Jennifer Schloegel of the Chancery Court of Hancock County, Mississippi, to be held at the Harrison County Chancery Courthouse, First Judicial District on the 6th day of March, 2023, at 9:30 a.m. in Gulfport, Mississippi, next, then and there to show cause, if any they can, why KAREN SUE ASHER, VICTORIA LYNN MELTON, MELANIE KAY KORMONDY and STACIE LEE CARR should not be declared to be the sole heirs-at-law of ROGER DALE ASHER a/k/a DALE ASHER (DECEASED), according to law. YOU ARE SUMMONED TO APPEAR and defend against the Petition filed against you in this action on the date and time as set forth herein above before the Honorable Jennifer Schloegel in the Chancery Court of Hancock County, in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi; and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
