SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS, on December 11, 2019, Cynthia M. Lee executed a Deed of Trust to Pilger Title Co., as Trustee for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Beneficiary, acting as nominee for Gulf South Mortgage, LLC, its successors and assigns, which is recorded in Book 2019 at Page 28670 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Hancock County, Mississippi; and WHEREAS, the Deed of Trust was assigned to Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Book 2023 at Page 6530; and WHEREAS, Underwood Law Firm PLLC has been substituted as Trustee under the Deed of Trust; and WHEREAS, default has been made in the terms and conditions of the Deed of Trust and the entire debt secured thereby has been declared due and payable in accordance with the terms of the Deed of Trust, and the legal holder of the indebtedness secured thereby, Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC, has requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the trust and sell the property in accordance with the terms of the Deed of Trust for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder together with attorney’s fees, Substituted Trustee’s fees, and expense of sale. NOW, THEREFORE, Underwood Law Firm PLLC, as Substituted Trustee under the Deed of Trust, will on June 1, 2023, offer for sale at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash or certified funds within legal hours (between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.) at the front door of the Hancock County Courthouse in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi, the following described property together with all improvements thereon situated in Hancock County, Mississippi: Lot 2, Block 9, Diamondhead, Phase 2, Unit 7, a subdivision according to the map or plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Hancock County, Mississippi, in Plat Book 4, at Page 48.
