DESCRIBED LANDS, BEING SITUATED IN HANCOCK COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY
DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
A parcel of land situated and being located in the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 32, Township 8 South, Range 14 West, Hancock County, Mississippi, and being more
particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at a 1" pipe found at the Northeast corner of said SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of
Section 32; thence S 05º59'21" W 504.33 feet to a 1/2" rebar found on the North margin of Old Highway 90; thence N 87º38'19" W 217.10 feet along said North margin to a 1/2" rebar found; thence N 04º29'58" W 164.94 feet to a 1/2" rebar found; thence S 86º15'27" W 71.44 feet to a 1/2" rebar found; thence N 05º45'33" E 338.93 feet to a 1/2" rebar found; thence S 89º13'14" E 319.78 feet to the Point of Beginning. Said parcel of land contains 3.33 acres, more or less.
You have been made Defendants in the suit filed in Civil Action No. 23CH1:20-CV-3JS in this Court by Charles Bourgeois, seeking the confirmation and the quieting of title in him as against you and others to the hereinbefore described real property.
You are required to mail or hand deliver a written response to the Complaint filed against you in this action unto G. Gerald
Cruthird, Attorney for the Plaintiff, whose
address is P. O. Box 1056, Picayune,
