IN THE CHANCERY COURT OF HANCOCK COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI KNIGHTS OF PETER CLAVER PERE BLANC COUNCIL #6 PLAINTIFF VERSUS PETER CLAVER HOME ASSOCIATION; and ALL PERSONS OR ENTITIES HAVING OR CLAIMING ANY LEGAL OR EQUITABLE INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN DEFENDANTS CIVIL ACTION NO. 23CH1:21-CV-225 MA SUMMONS BY PUBLICATION THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI TO: (a) JOSEPH CURRY, President of PETER CLAVER HOME ASSOCIATION, a Mississippi non-profit corporation, who is unable to be found in this state following diligent search and inquiry, and whose present post office and street address, including the addresses of its last known officers and agents authorized to receive service of process, are not known to Plaintiff after diligent search and inquiry to ascertain same; and (b) ANY AND ALL PERSONS HAVING OR CLAIMING ANY LEGAL OR EQUITABLE INTEREST IN THE FOLLOWING REAL PROPERTY: Beginning at an iron stake on the North line of Easterbrook St.; which stake bears S. 70 degrees E. 58 feet from the Southwest corner of Lot No. 118 of the Second Ward of Bay St. Louis, Miss., said stake also being the SE corner of the property of Silas Wright; thence S. 70 degrees E. 40 feet along the North Line of Easterbrook Street to an iron stake; thence N. 20 degrees E. 117.8 feet, more or less, to the line between Lots No. 117 and 118; thence S. 70 degrees E. 86 feet along said Lot line to an iron stake; thence N. 20 degrees E. 51 feet, more or less, to the North Line of Lot No. 117; thence N. 70 degrees W. 126 ft. along said lot line to an iron stake, which stake is Silas Wright’s Northeast corner; thence S. 20 degrees W. 168 feet, more or less, to the place of beginning. Said land being part of Lots Nos. 117 and 118, Second Ward, City of Bay St. Louis, Mississippi, as per official plat of same by E. S. Drake, C. E., filed May 1, 1923 in the office of the Clerk of Chancery Court of Hancock County, Mississippi. Being further identified as Parcel No. 149E-0-29-392.000. And, being the same property identified in that Deed of Correction from Juliette Philomene Bosonier to Peter Claver Home Association, dated January 16, 1948 and recorded January 21, 1948 in Book H-6, Pages 339-341, in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Hancock County, Mississippi. You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by KNIGHTS OF PETER CLAVER PERE BLANC COUNCIL #6, Plaintiff, asserting legal ownership of the above described property by adverse possession and seeking to confirm and quiet Plaintiff’s title thereto. You are required to mail or hand deliver a written response to the Complaint filed against you in this action to David Baria or Brannon Berry, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose mailing address is 544 Main Street, Bay St. Louis, Mississippi 39520, and whose street address is the same.
