BABER, if alive, who is believed to be a non-resident of this state, whose present street and post office addresses are believed to be known after diligent search and inquiry; or if dead, the unknown heirs-at-law or devisees of said defendant; c) PAULA FLOWERS, if alive, who is believed to be a non-resident of this state, whose present street and post office addresses are believed to be known after diligent search and inquiry; or if dead, the unknown heirs-at-law or devisees of said defendant; and d) ANY AND ALL OTHER PERSONS having and/or claiming any legal and/or equitable interest in and to the following real property located in Hancock County, Mississippi: COMMENCING at the Northeast corner of Lot 315, THIRD WARD, City of Bay St. Louis, Hancock County, Mississippi, and thence run North 70 degrees 52 minutes 34 seconds West along the southwestern right-of-way of Washington Street for 199.91 feet to a 4-foot steel post at the end of a 4-foot cyclone fence; thence South 21 degrees 22 minutes 16 seconds West along said fence for 60.0 feet to a 4-foot steep post marking the POINT OF BEGINNING of the travers around the following described parcel, to-wit: From the above described POINT OF BEGINNING run South 70 degrees 53 minutes 02 seconds East for 93.66 feet to a 4-foot steep post; thence South 17 degrees 46 minutes 37 seconds West for 26.00 feet to the southwestern boundary of Lot 315, marked by the 1/2 inch square hollow iron bar; thence North 70 degrees 52 minutes 34 seconds West along the said southwestern boundary of Lot 315 for 95.29 feet to a 1/2” square iron bar, in the remains of a net wire fence; thence North 21 degrees 22 minutes 16 seconds East for 26.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. And, being a part of Lot 315, THIRD WARD, City of Bay St. Louis, Hancock County, Mississippi. Being that property conveyed to Orleans Iron Works by that Warranty Deed dated 03/03/1999 and recorded 03/05/1999 in Book BB-185, Page 3, in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Hancock County, Mississippi. Being further identified as PARCEL NO. 149M-2-30-112.002. You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by H. L. RAYMOND HOLDINGS, LLC, asserting legal ownership of the above described property and seeking to confirm Plaintiff’s title thereto. You are required to mail or hand deliver a written response to the Complaint filed against you in this action to Preston J. Mauffray, Attorney for Plaintiff, whose mailing address is P. O.
