Plaintiff, AMERICAN PRIDE PROPERTIES, LLC obtained its interest in the subject
property by virtue of a Quitclaim Deed and Assignmentgranted by MS TL LLC RAI, MS TL, LLC dated 12/4/2019 and recorded on 12/23/2019 in Book 2019 at Page 15306 in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Hancock County, Mississippi. MS TL, LLC being the highest and best bidder at the tax sale dated 08/31/17 for the 2016 Hancock County ad valorem taxes which were not redeemed, was granted a Chancery Clerk's Conveyance for said property on 11/18/19 which was
recorded on 11/18/19 in Book 2019 at Page 14045 in the Office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk.
If you have a legal or equitable claim or
interest in this property, you are required to mail or hand-deliver a copy of your response to the Complaint to Quiet and Confirm Title and For Other Relief to the attorney for
Plaintiffs, Negrotto & Associates, PLLC, c/o Lewie G. "Skip" Negrotto, IV, the attorney for Plaintiffs, whose post office address is 133 Davis Avenue, Ste. L, Pass Christian, MS 39571. YOUR RESPONSE MUST BE MAILED OR DELIVERED WITHIN THIRTY DAYS FROM THE 22ND DAY OF JANUARY 2020, WHICH IS THE DATE OF FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS SUMMONS. IF YOUR RESPONSE IS NOT SO MAILED OR
