It's election time again – the Republican senate primary runoff between Sen. Thad Cochran and challenger Chris McDaniel is today.
Polling places will be open today from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m.
Those who voted in the June 3 Republican primary and voters who did not cast ballots on June 3 will be eligible to vote on Tuesday.
The only voters who are prohibited from voting are those who voted in the Democratic primary on June 3.
Cochran is a six-term incumbent and former chairman of the senate appropriation's committee. McDaniel is a state senator, from Ellisville.
The winner of today's runoff will move on to the Nov. 4 general election to take on Democratic winner Travis Childers.
