Locals going to help storm victims in Louisville – seeking donations and supplies

A Hancock County-area contingent including Ernie Zimmerman and Stephen Brettel will be heading to Louisville, MS on Wednesday to assist in feeding the first-responder efforts in the area.
Zimmerman said the group plans to prepare spaghetti, par-boiled rice,red beans, bread – both loaf and French, eggs, bacon, 5 min quick grits, mayo, mustard, ketchup, to go plates, forks, knives, paper towels, ground meat, gallon cans of tomato sauce and diced tomatoes,seasonings, onions, chopped garlic, and potatoes.
All items and/or cash and Walmart gift cards can be dropped off at Scafidi's Restaurant on Hwy 90 in Bay Saint Louis. The group will be leaving by 7 a.m. Wednesday.
