Local Realtor/broker Holly Lemoine-Raymond, left, was joined by hundreds on Sunday at The Blind Tiger in Bay St. Louis for the viewing party for HGTV’s “Beachfront Bargain Hunt.”
A standing-room only crowd joined local Realtor/broker Holly Lemoine-Raymond at The Blind Tiger on Sunday for the premiere of the latest episode of HGTV's "Beachfront Bargain Hunt."
The episode followed Lemoine-Raymond as she helped Tracy and Brent Savoie find their dream home in Bay St. Louis’s exclusive Chapel Hill subdivision.
“It was a little overwhelming, there were so many people,” Lemoine-Raymond said, but “it was really cool.”
She said the show was everything she hoped it would be.
“It was a little scary, because I didn’t know exactly what they were going to show,” she said. “I wanted to make sure they presented the area in the best light they could.
The episode is scheduled to air again on Friday, Mar 10 at 4:30 p.m. Central.
Sunday’s viewing party was also an opportunity to do a drive for the Hancock County Animal Shelter – participants were asked to bring food and supplies for the animals.
“People are still dropping things off at my office,” Lemoine Raymond said.
In the show, Lemoine-Raymond showed the Savoies several different homes in the area before they chose the house at Chapel Hill.
HGTV “allowed us to what we wanted to do,” Lemoine-Raymond said. “It wasn't a scripted show.”
The Savoies made it extra special by renewing their wedding vows.
This is the first of at least three shows on the Mississippi Gulf Coast featuring Lemoine-Raymond proposed for production this season.
